Top
edit- "It was received with mixed reviews from music critics" → "It received mixed reviews from music critics"
- "Winning the Romanian pre-selection show Selecția Națională, "Moment of Silence" was selected to represent Romania" → The repetition of "Romania" can be avoided if you substitute it with "the country" in the second part
- "defaulted payments by the nation's national broadcaster, TVR" → Remove "nation's" since the word "national" gets the point across
- "On 14 July 2016, "Moment of Silence" was digitally released as a single by Roton, credited to his band Anton" → There is something off about this sentence since you're using the word "his" to refer to a record label. I would reframe this sentence to "On 14 July 2016, "Moment of Silence" was digitally released as a single by Anton, through Roton".
Background and reception
edit- First paragraph has no issues
- The second paragraph should begin with the sentence "'Moment of Silence' received mixed reviews from music critics" to summarize it.
- The descriptor used for Europe should be "band" instead of "group" according to the article
Eurovision attempt and promotion
edit- Teodora Dinu should be introduced as "fellow Eurovision contestant" or something like that to give context, since she doesn't have an article.
- "This has led to strong reactions against the decision, including from Anton" → Remove "has"
- "Romania would return to the Eurovision Song Contest in 2017." → This doesn't seem too relevant to this article, but removing it is optional since it doesn't do any harm.
- Either "promote" or "support" can be removed from the first sentence of the third paragraph since either word gets the point across
Anton version
edit- Both the sections: "Track listing" and "release history" should be removed since, a) It can't be a track "listing" if there aren't more than one tracks, and b) the release history section shouldn't include a table since there aren't more than one entries there either.
- I would suggest removing the infobox altogether since the band does not have its own article/notability, so the infobox is adding WP:UNDUE weight and will collide with the references once the sub-sections are removed
Overview
editWill gladly promote this once everything is addressed.--NØ 06:52, 21 April 2019 (UTC)
- @MaranoFan: Hi again and thanks for the review. I have done everything except the last points. I have seen several articles using a "Release history" and a "Track listing" section even though there was one entry each, and I think this should stay like it stands right now. Also, for the infobox, this should stay since it was released as a single and it received a cover artwork, regardless of the band's notability. I will also get to your GAN in the next few days.
