The initial list of countries was drawn from a google search of wikipedia articles. The UPU data was made by creating a report through their easily accessible database; I chose most of the countries but skipped a few with low numbers. The numbers are confusing and don't seem comparable, so I didn't try to use these numbers. Presumably many more stamps, right? HG | Talk19:05, 14 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
