editKim Edri was the first Runner Up earning the title of Israel's Maiden and she represents Israel in Miss Universe, Ella Ran is the actual Miss Israel and will represent Israel in Miss World — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.31.65.69 (talk) 10:05, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
Question
editWhy Armenia and South Sudan withdrawed? Is there a secret reason? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.57.212.201 (talk) 16:03, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
why was Ms. Trinidad and Tobago excluded from this listing in the top 30. She came 24th. Why leave the Caribbean out aren't we part of the world? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.213.22.178 (talk) 20:56, 6 November 2011 (UTC)
Placements are 15 or 30?
editAbout I've seen in related articles, in MW the "Fast Track" (FT) awards give a direct step to semi-finals. However, some winners of this FT (v.gr. Chile) don't were in the Top 15, but in the Top 30, and some editions have put that placements (so, semifinalists) are only 15. Rules changed or the FT already not classifies to semi-finals? ---- 186.104.75.80 (talk) 23:15, 6 November 2011 (UTC)
- There appears to be a new set of rules for Miss World 2011, where FT event winners does not automatically become semi-finalists, rather they receive points based on their rank at these FT events, and those points are tallied. Thus, the top 15 were those who got the highest total points, not necessarily the winners of the FT. GrayFullbuster (talk) 00:22, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
Please stop adding Top 20
editBased on the official information from Miss World, only the Top 15 were announced. And from the Top 15, the top 7 and the winners were announced. So please stop adding Top 20 as it is not official. GrayFullbuster (talk) 00:23, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
Broadcasters relevant?
editTo my opinion it is not relevant to put in a massive list (full of links to disambiguation pages) of broadcasters around the world. I have removed the list several times, but an IP keeps putting them back. Who is right? Night of the Big Wind talk 13:34, 28 December 2011 (UTC)
- The problem is that recent articles of pageants like this one, Miss Universe and Miss Earth seem to have the list of broadcasters in their articles. Unless we have a uniform rule, it would just appear that we are trying to single out this one. GrayFullbuster (talk) 14:52, 28 December 2011 (UTC)
- At least I single out this one, because it shows upo in the list Articles With Multiple Dablinks with 20 links. Restoring the list, but unlinking the links to disambiguation pages is from my point of view as link-to-disambiguation-pages-killer also okay. Night of the Big Wind talk 16:27, 28 December 2011 (UTC)
Attention mr. IP
editDue to you deliberate adding links to disambiguation pages, I have requested page protection. You can not keep adding those links and expect others to solve them. Because you do not responded on earlier request to stop, I just have to use this unfriendly way. Please, please stop adding links to disambiguation pages. Judges section restored
editI have restored the judges section content (diff). The content is directly relevant, significant and of importance relative to the article's topic, and its omission reduces the quality of the article. Information about the people who judge the performance of a large number of contestants in a contest is highly relevant. Provision of information regarding the judges is credible to provide a balanced overview of the event. North America1000 14:44, 30 January 2016 (UTC)
