I liked Mike Brito and have read quite a few stories about him over the years as a Dodger fan but I don't think he is notable enough to be on Wikipedia. In general, someone that gets obituaries in multiple major news outlets like the LA Times, NY Times, etc can be seen to demonstrate that they meet Wikipedia’s notability threshold. I think that Brito was more notable and influential than a player that might have played a month in the MLB, which grantees their notability for Wikipedia.
