Metrosexuality is not a thing...
I apologize for seeming like a prick, but I would like to point out that just because someone spends a good amount of time grooming and having a sense of fashion should not be a label. Metro "sexual?" The word used for this is incorrect. Usually when the word "sexual" is being used to define an orientation, it's "sexual attraction" I don't think that Metrosexuals are are sexually attracted to metropolitans.
