Many statements still need inline sources. Most of the cited sources have only a url and a title, and in many cases the title is incorrect. Proper citation bibliographic data should be added. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 15:45, 29 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

In the "New Wave" section, a source has been added that verifies what the Australian New Wave was and some of the films that constituted it. But there is still no support for the statement about governmental funding, much less that such funding led to the new wave. If this is not cited within a reasonable time, I will remove it. Please do not cite as sources the blogs of individual people, where there is no editorial control or oversight. See WP:RS. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 18:12, 29 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Never cite a Google search (or other online search), as the results may change without warning, and may indeed be different for different people at the same time, as Google modifies its search output depending on its information on the person doing the search. Instead, cite one or more of the reliable sources found by such a search, if any are. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 18:26, 29 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

http://www.golgotha.com.au/2013/01/09/an-essay-on-australian-new-wave-cinema is an individual fan's blog essay, and is not a reliable source. It needs to be removed. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 16:01, 30 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
