this article claims a cameleopard is a concatenation of the words camel and leopard - but I've read it's actually camel and "pard" which is related to the latin root for "spotty". spotty camel, as it were. dunno. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.21.30.210 (talk) 01:55, 10 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
