requested reference re: "Brookings Institution"
editThe statement that he earned a doctorate from the Brookings Institution stood out to me because that's obviously not an accredited academic organization. But apparently it once was, albeit under a slightly different name. Here's the reference. I didn't bother to edit the main page because I don't know how to get the format right, but someone else should. The Robert S.
