Notability of Subject

I really don't think this person deserves an article. It feels like it was developed in support of a failed political campaign. Do we really need a page on CSU's faculty member of the year or anyone who makes a mashup the AV Club writes about? This just seems a bit ridiculous. I'm not sure, maybe besides the Guinness World Record, why this person is notable. Does every Guinness record holder and Jeopardy contest have a page?
