I orignally created this page and thank the person who added the line at the top (American Athelete, etc) and for condensing the contents.
I've requested and am waiting for permission to publish a photograph from Matt Hemingway here on Wikipedia on this very article (I have a good friend who is a relative of Matt Hemingway).
