PROD concern stated as "Person is only significant for one event; WP:BLP1E.". Apart from the fact that BLP1E applies to living people, articles in Newspapers.com show that the subject's activities were reported from at least 1891 to 1897, with further reports in 1906 ("for several years has not engaged in the plate glass business"), and 1908, reporting that an obituary of a few months previously was premature. Her admissions to mental hospitals and jails were also frequently reported. So there was significant coverage over a sustained period. I will try to add more to the article.
