Whilst it's not a reliable source, IMDB says that she passed away in 1996 - "Margot Rhys was born on February 27, 1914 in Benalla, Victoria, Australia as Kathleen Mary Margot Rhys-Jones. She was an actress, known for Uncivilised (1937) and Heritage (1935). She was married to Dalzell Pulteney Mein. She died on June 21, 1996 in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia."
