Article has good quantity of material and has sources and references. Could be assessed as far as "B" class, but it has a number of editorial problems which should be fixed first, so I moved it only as far as "start." I'm open to persuasion to moving it beyond "start" if someone wants to make out the case. Importance is at "low" as this has primarily local interest. VirginiaProp18:41, 30 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
