	1a. the prose is clear, concise, and understandable to an appropriately broad audience; spelling and grammar are correct. That is what the sentence indicates: He could not beat his national record of 10.33 seconds. -Yes. Neither source says anything about universality: Maldives has received universality slots from IAAF to send two athletes (one male and one female) to the Olympics.  Done Need to source the national record: Ismail finished 8th in her heat with a time of 24.96 seconds, receiving a national record but failing to qualify for the semifinals.  Done I don't see Saaid's quarterfinal time in that citation. --It's there. Just it goes from preliminary (heat) to round 1 (quarterfinals).

I changed my mind on that. It is verifiable as it is. Just need to get the date formats the same in the citations and it will pass. Kees08 (talk) 05:57, 9 February 2017 (UTC)
