- Mahbubur Rahman (politician) → Mahbubur Rahman (politician, born 1940)
- Md. Mahbubur Rahman → Md. Mahbubur Rahman (politician, born 1954)
- Mahbubur Rahman (cricketer) → Mahbubur Rahman (cricketer, born 1969)
- Muhammad Mahbubur Rahman → ?
- Mahbubur Rahman (general) → Mahbubur Rahman (general, born 1962)
– Resolve partial disamiguation tangle. Mahbubur Rahman (umpire) could also reasonable be called a cricketer. Disambiguating by the presence or spelling of "Md." versus "Muhammad" is wrong since that's just an honorific, not part of the name. * Pppery * it has begun... 18:47, 9 November 2024 (UTC)
- Hmm. Mahbubur Rahman (cricketer) and Mahbubur Rahman (general) are fine as is; "cricketer" cannot mean cricket umpire, and "general" does not mean lieutenant general. The two politicians might need years of birth; I would drop "Md." from Mahbubur Rahman (politician, born 1954) per its sources. Muhammad Mahbubur Rahman could be Muhammad Mahbubur Rahman (Chief of Army Staff). Hameltion (talk | contribs) 19:27, 9 November 2024 (UTC)
