Wrong picture?
editThe peppers on this picture are in fact not Madamme Jeannette. They are another Surinam pepper known as Adjoema or Chayenne pepper. Madame jeannette peppers are tipically more Aromatic and they are usually yellow. See www.adjoema.net/adjoema/madame_jeanette2.jpg for more information. Where Adjoema peppers are used because they are very hot. Madame Jeannette adds a particular flavour to your food even if it is not used as a pepper. Just add a whole madame Jeannette in your dish (do not let it burst) and it will leave aspecific flavour without being hot. 82.173.195.149 (talk · contribs) [1]--Avant-garde a clue-hexaChord2 13:22, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
