This article needs images on the vessel Blythe Star, the memorial plaque, and of any other items of interest.
Such images are available on the internet, however they are not in the PD. I am writing to the following organisations to try to get their permission for something suitable:
Tasmanian Seafarers' Memorial; Maritime Museum of Tasmania. ❮❮GEEKSTREETTalk Lane❯❯03:28, 12 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

More content is required in the Report & Recommendations section.
The final report from the Court of Inquiry, along with its recommendations which led to the creation of AUSREP, don't seem to be available online (ugh). This might mean going to one of the main Maritime Museums in Aust to physically get hold of one. ❮❮GEEKSTREETTalk Lane❯❯03:39, 12 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
