editThe article was created by @FiHow and has a very biased point of view. The user deleted my editions where information with reliable sources of his relationship with terrorism in Peru in the 1990's. It is also necessary to add that the article is full of primary sources something that is not allowed by Wikipedia rules. I request that the case be seen by an administrator to resolve the problem. @Librero2109 dditions constitute defamatory and libellous language. Material of that sort violate the Wikipedia policy of biographies of living persons therefore must be removed immediately from the article without discussion in accordance with the policy of Wikipedia. @Librero2109 The user has reinstated this defamatory material and should be therefore WP:BLOCK FiHow (talk) 08:01, 25 September 2022 (UTC)
- @FiHow The source that i add is not defamatory, there a list of reliable source that talk about that topic:
February 5, 2012.
- "Detienen a Mónica Feria en Alemania". La República. May 21, 2019.
- "La verdadera historia de Mónica Feria Tinta". Diario Correo. May 18, 2013.
- With this you can ensure the question you add within the article. I demand that @FiHow give me an explanation because it is defamation to write backed facts. Librero2109 (talk) 16:42, 25 September 2022 (UTC)
- So called sources all defamatory. No court has established such defamatory items as facts (i.e. Jimenez is a convicted for defamation by a law court) You added that reviewed person was "extradited". That is false. In short. All material added is simply disparaging, and in violation of Wikipedia policies. FiHow (talk) 17:56, 25 September 2022 (UTC)

Should her "accusations" of belonging to the MRTA and Shining Path be added? Librero2109 (talk) 21:33, 25 September 2022 (UTC)
- Include Per WP:BLPCRIME, accusations against public figures can be included as long as they're reliably sourced. As long as the sources are good then this can be included. Nemov (talk) 00:33, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
- This is not a public figure. It is a WP:NOTPUBLICFIGURE notable for her work as a lawyer. @Librero2109 has inserted reiterated times now full name/DOB in breach of WP:BLPPRIVACY. FiHow (talk) 06:56, 27 September 2022 (UTC)
- Generally support including - some mention seems an obvious necessity to cover ‘Early life’ and current legal situation, that such occur is part of the life story and also appears in a non-negative light, versus the article reads now too much like promotional material when it starts with mention of ‘The Lawyer’ magazine. The prior phrasing of this was factual enough to not be a problem for WP:BLPSTYLE or WP:LABEL, certainly not deserving the deletion note ‘vandalism’. I would suggest that restraint continue and using some English-language cites. e.g. Refugee status at Yale.edu Cheers Markbassett (talk) 15:46, 27 September 2022 (UTC)
- Support including if you can find proper sourcing for the accusations, and in a section, not in the lede.--Ortizesp (talk) 00:50, 28 September 2022 (UTC)

- This is not a public figure to add this. See above the policy of wikipedia.
- Adding a "alias" in a wikipedia page is serious defamation and attempting to use tabloids from a country that simply has a corrupt judiciary. The "early life" additions that were made were defamatory and intentionally made with the purpose to do so. This is a living person and it is policy of Wikipedia to be careful. It is all vandalism because it is done with specific purpose of disparaging a person. Many Wikipedia articles contain material on people who are not well known, even if they are notable enough for their own article. This is such a case. In such cases, the policy is "exercise restraint and include only material relevant to the person's notability" (i.e. being a lawyer), focusing on high-quality secondary sources." Moreover, this person has been victim of persecution by a state of origin (read the meaning of what a refugee is) and the additions of "Librero" are simply going against policy of wikipedia "Wikipedia editors must not act, intentionally or otherwise, in a way that amounts to participating in or prolonging the victimization." Given the language and reiterated attempts of disparaging the person in question, it shows that these issues from Libreo2109 are not bona fide but rather an attempt to affect a person's reputation. Librero2109 writes like an agent of the persecuting State. I hereby request he be blocked from editing anything in this page. FiHow (talk) 15:16, 17 October 2022 (UTC)
- Adding these facts is supported by other users. All the material I add with reliable sources, not primary sources like the whole all article.
- In the article Mónica Feria: Yo conozco el infierno, he venido del infierno, she said she was in prison, and collaborated for the documentary People of The Shining Path. Even there is her full name is there, Jesús Mónica Feria Tinta. The same name can be found at the Bar Standards Board website. [1]
- Redacción Co Latino. (February 11, 2007). "Mónica Feria: Yo conozco el infierno, he venido del infierno". El Diario Internacional.
- Similar information could be found at the Gruber Foundation [2] website that incluide her birth date, and her full birth date can be found International Chamber of Commerce Database. [3]
- With that information I think all this is reliable. Librero2109 (talk) 22:09, 6 December 2022 (UTC)
- Librer02109 is not a bona fide contributor. He is persisting in breaching the the wikipedia terms introducing libellous statements in this page. He states that the person in question was "part of a Peruvian guerrilla Tupac Amaru" etc. Only a judgment asserting this can be a reliable source. This is libel. Tabloids are not a source. This lawyer has been subject to a media campaign to disparage her and her reputation because she sued and won international cases against Peru and police agent that now 'state' things in tabloids. Librero2109 is clearly an agent of that country, seeking to disparage this person with statements that are defamatory. FiHow (talk) 21:51, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
- Due to the reiterated libellous statements by Librero I hereby request that he is blocked from editing anything in this page. FiHow (talk) 21:52, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
