Article names
editContinuing discussion from here regarding whether LittleBigPlanet article titles should be disambiguated using year rather than platform.
Just to reiterate what I said in the original discussion, WP:NCVG says that for ports/remakes the platform should be used to disambiguate games of the same name. I know these aren't really ports or re-makes but I think that makes more sense in this case. Most of the games are on different platforms and as they're released relatively close to each other (2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012) many people will not know which one is which from the year alone. Little Big Planet 3-6?
editWhy are games three through six listed with release dates? I'm fairly certain none of that is confirmed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.229.189.199 (talk) 00:22, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks, well spotted. It was vandalism. If you see anything blatantly untrue like that again, feel free to remove it. - X201 (talk) 08:28, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
The “Setting” category
editThe following part of the paragraph “Setting” seems to describe LittleBigPlanet 1 rather than the entire series:
“The game takes place in a world known as LittleBigPlanet, sometimes referred to as Craftworld, which was created by the eight curators. Each curator is in-charge of a part of LittleBigPlanet and they govern them independently. LittleBigPlanet has geography inspired by the real-life Earth, with various levels inspired by Africa, Australia and Japan among others present in the game. …”

LittleBigPlanet HUB
editI have a question? What's outdated about LittleBigPlanet HUB? The release date? The game itself? I'd like to know. —The Sackinator (talk) 20:55, 1 December 2013 (UTC)
PS3 version
edit@Greentoastpro: There is nothing wrong with using playstationlifestyle.net as a source, it is not on the WP:VG banned list. Playstation Lifestyle is used as a source in 121 Wikipedia articles. Here is another link that also supports the PS3 claim. Pocket-lint is used as a source in 241 Wikipedia articles. Could you please explain your reasons for reverting a sourced statement?- X201 (talk) 08:37, 12 June 2014 (UTC)
- Also: word of god confirms this too. --MASEM (t) 13:38, 12 June 2014 (UTC)
- @Masem: Following the latest revert I've asked User:Greentoastpro to come here and discuss it. As a new user I've also pointed out that they are sailing close to the wind regarding 3RR.- X201 (talk) 21:45, 12 June 2014 (UTC)

The attacks were a DDoS on the servers
editHello pals!
I distinctly remember that the attacks on the servers were specifically a DDoS done by a controversial member of the community. It was done by overflowing the servers with level publishing. However, I'm not too sure if something this minute can be put in; I just want it to be more specific. Can anyone help with this? Sorry if this is weird, I'm still new to Wikipedia. Thank you!
