Untitled
editOk, it started new. Ok, it grows nice. Ok ALF is an example, so are the others. But WTF IS it? A sci fi genre... But what kind of genre? This genre shows some more of what? Some less of what? WTF is SITCOM? Something to do with sitting to play online stuff .com??? Of course not, but someone completely new to the subject (such as me) can't understand no sh*t about it... 200.230.213.152 21:14, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
Children's shows?
editMy Parents Are Aliens is a sci-fi sitcom isn't it? Digifiend (talk) 12:28, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
Sitcoms?
editCleopatra 2525? Lost in Space? These are hardly sitcoms. Lightweight sci fi is an ambiguous description, but it's better than calling them sitcoms. I say move the list or list only sitcoms. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.171.215.55 (talk) 08:01, 23 May 2016 (UTC)
List structure
editIn re: Untitled section above: The lack of dates or other organising characteristics also make this list far less useful than it might be. Consider the reasons that individuals seek to use such an article—e.g., "What was the name of the television program that we saw last year...?"—and modify design so that it meets reader needs. Country of origin is another descriptor that should be in every entry. Finally, the description lengths should be standardised by presenting a target length (number of characters), here. Otherwise, you will have, as we have now, some descriptions that are minimalist and others that are exuberant. Finally, a table that is sortable might be far more useful than a prose format.
