Why is the marketing jump by Red Bull of Ryōyū Kobayashi in the list of national ski-jumping records?

The criteria for being in this list should be the same as for fis-ski jumping records:

1) it has to be a a fis-ski competition 2) only qualifying and competition jumps count 3) one has to stand the jump

Don't get me wrong: I am big fan of Ryōyū Kobayashi and his personal best of 252 meters in Planica 2019 was extraordinary see https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Ry%C5%8Dy%C5%AB_Kobayashi
