editI think this article should be deleted as all other countries have a Category:National parks by country, plus, there is the List of national parks of Ireland with the same information as this article. 84.59.105.189 00:24, 25 September 2005 (UTC)

National Parks in the Republic of Ireland → List of national parks of the Republic of Ireland – It looks like list to me, is rated by WikiProjects as list-class, and categorized as a list article. Most similar articles in Category:Lists of national parks are named "List of ...". ELEKHHT 02:29, 2 January 2014 (UTC)
- Support. I agree, this is a list article. However, using Republic of seems to be a non-standard way of titling articles if we compare it to the ones in this list: Category:Lists_of_national_parks Anonimski (talk) 12:54, 2 January 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, but in this case conciseness has to come second after precision (see article title criteria), so that is not confused with the island. All related categories in Category:Protected areas of the Republic of Ireland follow the "Republic of" format. --ELEKHHT 07:21, 3 January 2014 (UTC)

New national park - Name
editHi, the name of the newest park does not appear to have an English translation. As such I have used the Irish that it has been announced as. Lgallagh (talk) 12:54, 22 April 2024 (UTC)
