editShould the Hutt Road in wellington be counted as an expressway? It's SH2 and is a high speed median divided multi lane road with traffic lights and some uncontrolled intersections. Right now 3 sets of traffic lights are currently being replaced with an interchange and/or bridges. Surely if something like the Bell Block bypass can be called an expressway the hutt road can be too.
