Interesting idea for a page but it's a bit all over the place at the moment. It should surely be ordered (by country then alphabetically?) and it's certainly incomplete (e.g. no mention of Wookey Hole or Malham Cove or Peak Cavern, to take three well-known English examples). There may be a technical distinction between a spring and a cave of debouchure, but I'm not aware of one and this list seems to mix both (Lathkill Head Cave is dry for most of the year).
