I'd kind of like to enhance this to look more like the List of cities in North Dakota, in particular to have it sortable by either name or population. The article mentions that there is one type or class of municipality in Iowa ("cities") with six forms, but it doesn't even mention the name of all of the forms, let alone describe them or provide a link to a source that would tell us what these six forms are. Can someone expand on this in the article? Even simply adding a citation would be good, but even better would at least be to list them in a parethesis.
