Article title

edit

Correct terminology is "Ukrainian Naval Forces" and not "Ukrainian Navy" - article name should be changed to reflect actual name.Федоров (talk) 14:20, 11 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Vandalism alert

edit

User Aleksandr Grigoryev claims to be a supporter of Ukrainian "resistance movement" (Ukrainian nationalists). Lately, he has been editing Wikipedia articles to fill them with his personal political spin. He has been very disruptive. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.80.32.236 (talk) 11:44, 23 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

creation of new page

edit

Considering that the large majority of ukranian vessles have been scutled or sunk, the article maybe should be renamed to pre the invasion ships or the like. Otherwise most of the ships should be removed from the list.

Shipyards and Origin

edit

Before it comes to an editwar: There are two posible ways to present the Shipyards and there homecountry (the country they belonged to in the year the ship was bild vs. the country they belong today). The Baltija Shipyard for example could be displayed with   or  . I would say, the first way is the better one, but I could live with the other way too. At least we should not stuck in betwen both. Project numbers

edit

@PutItOnAMap: Why did you add "project numbers", and what are they for? I would think it would be a-lot easier to just add in the class of the ship. - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 02:37, 11 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Some ships don't have classes, and some classes have subclasses differentiated by project number. I always add the class if it's available; project numbers are added for ships without notable classes. - PutItOnAMap 10:12, 11 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

MAGURA V5

edit

It seems these MAGURA V5 drones have been confirmed to exist by multiple sources and be in operational use by Ukraine. An unnamed drone is listed in the article and I'm not sure if that should link to this article, if it should have its own independent entry or if it might be listed elsewhere. Someone with more experience with this article may want to determine that and add/link where appropriate. Phil (talk) 11:40, 3 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
