Potential merge
editMaybe it would be a good idea to merge this list with List of SIP software or similar. While I'm aware VOIP isn't SIP, the overlap between these two lists could probably strengthen both of them--i.e. it may be valuable to list producing companies in the context of the products which are documented on Wikipedia. --Izno (talk) 15:26, 26 April 2016 (UTC)
- Won't fix - Answering four years later... I do not think it makes sense to merge List of VoIP companies with List of SIP software as they are two VERY different topics. This page is companies that are providing primarily VoIP peering/transport. The other page is a collection of software that could be used in some forms of VoIP. They might have been MORE similar four years ago, but much has changed in the intervening time and they are now quite different. I believe they should remain separate. - Dyork (talk) 01:18, 29 July 2020 (UTC)
