who are these guys?

trying to figure out exactly which NH Sharpshooters these are. I posted the whole monument in this too article and am putting a close up of the inscription here. The monument is posted at List of monuments of the Gettysburg Battlefield‎ and needs an improved caption there. I do hope that someone is watching here.
