Deleted entry:Georgia Historical Plates

I deleted the entry because I could not find adequate documentation that they are current. I found evidence to support that they had some status in the past. There are photos of Jimmy Carter reading and signing House Resolution 573 in 1974. I have not yet found evidence of a statute on the books or text of the resolution. Without that or evidence of some other official recognition, I am pulling the entry. I followed leads where I could.[1][2] Maybe someone else can find a definitive source.
