Although somewhat radical, I've been bold and decided that, for this page, the majority of people listed didn't qualify - the introduction claims the people are notable, yet provides no references or sources to back this claim up. I've therefore made a decision that only people with a current WP entry can technically be proved as notable (unless their articles get deleted !), and that the others should be removed until such time as they get their own article.
