What's its name, anyhow?
editLast year, there was a show that featured the host using misdirection and other psychological techniques to get people to give up their wallets, watches, and other valuables. He also caused a person on a subway train to forget his destination by telling him to. Anyone recall the show's title?Jlujan69 (talk) 06:03, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
Life link
editThe link for "Life" goes to the wikipedia article on Life, not the (BBC) TV show as would be expected. darrennie (talk) 05:29, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
- Fixed. Andyross (talk) 15:27, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
Animal Games Link
editThe "Animal Games" link redirects me to an punk-rock album. Did Discovery Channel use to make an punk-rock album, or this link needs disambiguation???Huuduc94 (talk) 07:31, 29 May 2010 (UTC)
- I think it's refering to this, which seems to have very little to do with punk rock. We don't seem to have an article, so I made a red link for Animal Games (TV series). Brian the Editor (talk) 22:22, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
Production year or broadcast year?
editI'm particular about details. If a program was produced 2002 but not aired before 2003, which year should be used in the list? The article says broadcast, not produced. So in this example I would prefer to use 2003. ------ I'm adding some programs to the list. I put the year I know it was aired, but often I don't know for sure that was the first year it was aired. I trust that someone will correct any mistakes. I would appreciate a notification on my user page if here are any comments. Urbanus Secundus (talk) 00:17, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
Weapons of Combat?
editBecause "Weapons of Combat" is so close to "Weapons of War", I have to ask if "Weapons of Combat" is a valid title or if it is a mix-up? I have never seen "Weapons of Combat" on Discovery, but I am familiar with the Discovery series "Weapons of War". It is of course possible that Discovery have aired two similar titles. Urbanus Secundus (talk) 02:57, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
- No "Weapons of Combat" can be found either on the Discovery Channel website or a quick Google search. I'd assume that it is a mix-up, however, I'm not an expert at sniffing out these things. Nick1372 (talk) 19:35, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
