Recent additions

I have reverted a couple of times and left Jsav77 several notes, all of which have been ignored. The content being repeatedly added is not helpful and is not within our MOS. The addition of one redlinked name at the bottom of the top list is also a BLP violation as it contains no sources and no such article exists. Praxidicae (talk) 16:18, 25 April 2019 (UTC)

I've now cleaned up the list to be more appropriate, removed characters which are minor and not mentioned in articles and characters which have no articles about the works in which they appear. Please discuss it here before reverting again @Jsav77:. Praxidicae (talk) 16:24, 25 April 2019 (UTC)

@Praxidicae: The original article that you wrote was filled with many errors, not only in regards to the integrity of the name and historical meaning but also lacked context when defining the name. Notes that were left from Praxidicae have been read, all of which do not justify why the changes shouldn't be made. All sources that I cited were provided with links (except for one that I deleted). I left the changes to the characters alone, despite Praxidicae deleting additional shows and movies in which the name was mentioned. The content that was most recently added falls within the MOS. False complaints are not warranted and are a violation of the site itself. It is important for those looking up this name to know the proper pronunciation, definition, along with the historical context of the name, in addition to the various nicknames in which the name can be addressed by. In future, any revisions on the current definition of the name should be addressed here prior to making changes. Jsav77 (talk) 17:49, 25 April 2019 (UTC)
