I am unsure of the translation "God's House". Gotteshaus means simply "church". dab (ᛏ) 15:42, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
- Gotteshaus is literally Gott = God, es possessive form of Gott meaning God's, and haus = house. While you could call a church "God's House", God's House is a more literal translation of the name. Additionally, literally church is die Kirche.Tobyc75 (talk) 22:46, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
