Who is Nicolas Lee Martinez? Does he share a significant part of Las Animas history? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mattalexchav (talkcontribs) 23:39, 14 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

In the article, "Old Columbian school falls to wrecker's ball", Anthony A. Mestas clearly states that the building fell on Tuesday, February 21, 2006 not on the 14th of February. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mattalexchav (talkcontribs) 00:17, 15 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

The article on Las Animas, Colorado should be free of people's opinions and rather give information to the general public as to what Las Animas, CO has to offer. Instead of posting opinions in the article itself, these talk pages are a great resource to contribute feelings and thoughts. Also, it is hard to move away from the past when a small community, such as Las Animas, depends so much on the past as a source of economy. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mattalexchav (talkcontribs) 05:28, 3 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

There has been some doubt to the Las Animas, Colorado page in whether the information on the Columbian School is fact or opinion. Fact is something that is readily evident and can be proven with documentation from a viable source. The Columbian Elementary school is designated to the mentioned historical preservation committees. Though the school was torn down, it is still listed and will forever be listed. So, it is fact and will be mentioned in the part of the article designated for Columbian School. The sources are also available through the links provided. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mattalexchav (talkcontribs) 06:45, 16 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

The directions north, south, east, and west should not be capitalized. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mattalexchav (talkcontribs) 06:49, 16 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Wiley Coyote does not come from Las Animas, as far as I know. He has no geographical origin, coming from the mind of the cartoon artist. Mary Anne Urry — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.152.233.45 (talk) 14:32, 24 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
