Two column format
editI have reverted the change to a single column format. please discuss here if you disagree. Frietjes (talk) 18:43, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
- appears Corkythehornetfan also supports the two column format. Frietjes (talk) 18:46, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
- It is the standard across the rivalry articles. I know several other College Football WikiProject members have also reverted the single columns in the past. 🎄 Corkythehornetfan 🎄 18:48, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
- I'm on board with the double column format. Personal opinion is it looks better, it adds to the page by showing the result of the losing team and adds more to the page for a better understanding of past games LDS20 (talk) 23:16, 3 November 2022 (UTC)

Please change it to below:
"From 1945-1973 was the most dominant span by either team in the series history. LSU was 17-3-1 vs Texas A&M during this span."
Please remove the 1945-1990 21-6. 17-3 is more of a dominant span. By changing it to 21-6 they are simply adding an addition 4-3 record to water down the impressive record of 17-3.
- Not done: please establish a consensus for this alteration before using the

template. There is no requirement to make the presentation of the respective winning records appear more or less "impressive" to anyone. Eggishorn (talk) (contrib) 16:05, 2 September 2017 (UTC)

From 1945–90, LSU went 21–6–1 against A&M. LSU has won the last seven; the last time A&M beat LSU was in 1995.
“Please change the above edit to what is written below. 17-3 is more impressive. Adding a 4-3 record to 17-3 is not needed and is only placed there to make the dominate stretch not look so dominate.”
From 1945–73, LSU went 17–3–1 against A&M. LSU has won the last seven. Currently, it has been 23 years since Texas A&M has defeated LSU in a football game. Casecase3015 (talk) 17:09, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
- Not done: Wikipedia articles must be written from a neutral point of view. Intentionally manipulating facts to make them appear more "impressive" is not an argument that's going to get any traction here. If a consensus develops that the existing text is biased and needs to be changed, then it will be changed, but I don't see any such consensus on this page. ‑‑ElHef (Meep?) 17:39, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
List of scores suggestion.
editWhy only show what the winning team was ranked (ie A&M #22)? Show both. #22 beating number 7 or 9 conveys more information about the game. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.106.78.132 (talk) 13:30, 25 November 2018 (UTC)
Name of the rivalry
editColloquially a lot of fans refer to this rivalry as the "Gulf War." Not sure if that should maybe be included in the article. 165.91.13.108 (talk) 16:56, 12 October 2023 (UTC)
