Name
editThe name of this spacecraft is not Silbermann. Proposed names so far are Mona Lisa or LEO (Lunar Exploration Orbiter) (=working title). Silbermann is nonsense! What is your source? -- 217.184.38.207 12:46, 3 March 2007 (UTC) This spacecraft is only a proposal until now, nothing is planned. the mission-concept was shown to the german parliament on a presentaion by Döllinger. If the ministery of economy gives the money the mission could be realized.
- A reference is provided and says Germany plans an unmanned flight to the moon by 2013, the German Aerospace Centre (DLR) said in Cologne Friday. Plans, not proposes. And Mona Lisa is the OHB proposal and is a LANDER, the DLR plan, an orbiter, is Silbermann. Hektor 13:10, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
- Until now no decision is made from the german government about financing this project. DLR wish to send this spacecraft to the moon, but the money comes from ministry of economy. Döllinger informed the members of the german parliament - nothing more. Nothing is authorized until now. Officially the spacecraft has no name until now, exept the intern working title Leo (this says Döllinger in this interview). My sources (in german): [1] and [2] -- 89.50.48.218 22:24, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
