Self-contradiction
editThe article says that “…” are “the correct way” in the north, then later says that «…» are. Which is it, and/or when is each kind typically used? —Nisse Phelsum (talk) 15:09, 27 December 2014 (UTC)

Quotation marks? (inside each other)
editUnclear is 1) “In the North, guillemets 《 and 》” guillemets (i.e. « ») are different from the double angle bracket(s) 《 (U+300A) shown. Which one is to be used?
