Change of Grade

Hello, I think that this article is well worthy of a grade higher than a "Start." It definitely fits the criteria for C, if not B, class articles. Could someone give me permission to regrade this article? It deserved more appreciation. BluePankow ✉ 06:20, 29 May 2018 (UTC)

@BluePankow:, there's no need to ask permission. If you think the quality grade is too low, change it. If somebody else disagrees, they can change it back (but I doubt anybody would feel that this article isn't better than Start). There are many articles on Wikipedia that have a much lower quality grade than they deserve. The problem, such as it is, is having the quality grade on a separate page than the article itself. If somebody expands an article significantly but doesn't edit the talk page to upgrade the quality rating themselves, it can be years before somebody else notices that talk page quality rating is out of sync with the actual quality of the article. By all means, if you notice that the quality rating for an article seems to low, feel free to change it. Plantdrew (talk) 15:38, 29 May 2018 (UTC)
