I know this isn’t the write way to post this but I kept getting lost trying to follow the directions. My concern is that when you click on the meniscus link. It takes you to a look of how meniscus is used in chemistry. I would like to add a link that related to meniscus found in the knee. ((User:Waco51)) 9:41, 22 Feb 2008

swimming and knee injuries

edit

Can someone document the claim that competitive swimers are prone to knee injuries? In all my years as a competitive swimmer I have never heard of a swimmer with knee injuries.

3D model of the knee

edit

It would be very nice to have 3D model of the knee so that people can explore it from thier prefered angle; I uploaded this one. But it was not accepted what would need to be changed/updated about the model before it would be acceptable for the article?

Although the effort is admirable, all your 3D images are not readily instructive for the general user, and are potentially confusing because the components are not labeled. See WP:ANATMOS for Wikipedia's intent to keep anatomical presentations as simple as possible; the guide says Do not add images just because they are pretty.
I think you should drop this idea for now, and perhaps seek an outlet in a public domain anatomy site where you may get more precise recommendations for enhancing the instructional use of your images. Zefr (talk) 15:43, 3 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
