Motto
editI put the motto from memory - it means the keys of knowledge open the strongest tower. Pafcwoody (talk) 06:45, 10 November 2010 (UTC)
Keep changing it I like changing it back.....Pafcwoody (talk) 04:11, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
- Anyone got any citation at all to back up the motto? The words used on the current prospectus are something like explore..learn and so on rather than what's on the article just now. My inclination would be to remove it personally unless it can be cited perhaps? Anyone? Blue Square Thing (talk) 19:44, 22 September 2012 (UTC)
Predecessor Schools to KEVICC
edit"This also included the former Totnes High School for Girls" on Plymouth Road" (revision as of 23:-5, 22 January 2012)
errmmm... The Totnes High School for Girls was located on Ashburton Road (the site currently occupied by Lower School).
I know that some people used to refer to the A385 as the "Lower Plymouth Road", but since Kevicc is founded on top of the ruins (speaking figuratively) of the Girls Grammar School, then it would be better to to stick to the same name for the road. — Preceding unsigned comment added by The Devonian (talk • contribs) 13:06, 19 March 2012 (UTC)
Who, when, where
editOK, so it seems that edits are simply going to be reverted - so I've tagged up the article to demonstrate beyond any doubt why the edits I've been making have been made. This is an encyclopaedia. Stuff gets out of date. Very quickly. The thing is, no one's going to remember to come back and change any of the dates on stuff at all - so it'll end up being "earlier this year" or "last year" in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
There are also potential pov pushes here - how do we know the GCSE results are good? Where's the third party source?
This needs to be addressed - otherwise the article is simply not good enough for an encyclopaedia. Blue Square Thing (talk) 19:31, 22 September 2012 (UTC)
