Following MOS:LEADBIO, as also shown in the examples of biography article opening sentences here, the first sentence of a biography article should contain the name of the person, the birth and death dates, the nationality of the person, the occupation, and then the positions/roles. The first sentence of the article as it is now does not follow this, and hence it is non-informative for me. I think we need to state that he is Indian, and then followed immediately by his occupation. What I could think of the occupation was "Hinduism leader". Perhaps it should be "Hindu leader" or "Hindu monk" or "Hindu priest"? sentausa (talk) 21:42, 7 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
Following the article Swami Vivekananda and the fact that this article belongs to the Category:Indian Hindu monks, I decided to edit the first sentence of this article with this information. Please correct me if I'm wrong. sentausa (talk) 20:18, 9 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
