Source - Google Translation of the Polish Wikipedia version of this page - and I see a lot of plaques of his around Warsaw.
Not sure if that's his wife's surname or if the surname stated here is the place she's from (Google Translate thought it was her surname but the original Polish seems to show a lot of "z"'s (in's). Escottf (talk) 16:41, 7 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
