Fair use rationale for Image:KSBJ-FM.jpg
editImage:KSBJ-FM.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Citations
editI notice this article dosent cite any sources. Perhaps we could cite some for these facts in here. Like the station being barred from "so many wins." Just a thought. I'm Flightx52 and I approve this message 03:48, 5 October 2010 (UTC)

Would this be notable enough to write a sepereate article on? Or should I just have a section in the KSBJ article about it? Thanks! I'm Flightx52 and I approve this message 21:38, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
- I can't make your link work - I waited more than two minutes and it was still saying "Transferring data... " But anyway, the test is, can you find "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" about HD-2 Radio as a subject independent of KSBJ? Because that's what you need to establish notability for an independent article. JohnCD (talk) 22:34, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
- The link directs to the NGEN radio station web site, that is a division of KSBJ. It's the new HD-2 radio station that they are launching on the 18th of November I believe. There is plenty of infoabout it on the NGEN website, but past experiences tell me that the website for NGEN isn't independent. Right? - No, information from the station's own website is OK for verifiability, but to show that it's notable the test is, have people independent of it thought it important and significant enough to write about? If not, better make it a section in the main KSBJ article. JohnCD (talk) 22:44, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
- A local newspaper perhaps? I'm Flightx52 and I approve this message 22:47, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
- "The depth of coverage of the subject by the source must be considered. If the depth of coverage is not substantial, then multiple independent sources should be cited to establish notability. Trivial or incidental coverage of a subject is not sufficient to establish notability." Read WP:CORP for the full policy. JohnCD (talk) 23:09, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
