What I have done

edit

Hi all, Okay so I put in the infobox, copyedited and added some obvious wikilinks. Now Author Sir, wherever you are, can you please clear up his birthplace, because if we follow the Kassel limk we end up in north Germany. Which is fine, but he is Dutch isn't he? Or does he come from Cassel in north France, spelt "Kassel" in Dutch. Or is there a Kassel in Holland, or is he maybe just German? You get the idea.
