I put back the reference to tact and good judgment. I think it's important to give this kind of information when it's available (which isn't often for these guys). However I reworded it so it doesn't appear to be my assessment, which it never was intended to be. All my sources stress this: "Allí gobernó atinadamente hasta 1815...." and "...el que desempeńó con tacto y recto criterio" (two different sources). --Rbraunwa01:40, 21 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
