@Ankit.choudhury.23: Nice work on your draft. A few relatively small changes

Only capitalize the first word of section headers. So "Jrk mutant phenotypes" rather than "Jrk Mutant Phenotypes"
References go after punctuation, not before. You have a few of the wrong type
In the Structure section you have

Start site: 7,763,233

Stop site: 7,775,603

It's better to put this information into sentences rather that sentence fragments like this. The next best choice is to use bullet points.
