On January 31, 2018 Secretariatmanowar created a more complete article than this one. On February 1, 2018, Joe Decker declined the submission. It is now in review, which review m8ight take two months. The subject of this article, in my view is notable. Secretariatmanowar supplied sufficient references to demonstrate notability.
No concerns here. The version of the Draft I reviewed is enormously different than the version that exists now, Secretariatmanowar extended and sourced it extensively after my decline. --joe deckertalk21:08, 3 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
