Notability
editThis seems like someone who might obtain lasting notability but hasn't quite gotten there yet. Coverage in RS seem to be them quoting her as a spokesperson or representative of the chavarim not about her. Coverage that is out there about her lacks significance (e.g. part of a longer list).
