editI'll leave the determination of this individual's notability to others to decide, but I wanted to point out my suspicion that SFOTODS is the subject of the article. Let me state uncompromisingly that the subject of the article was in no way involved in the creation or editing of this article. Two of his devoted fans put this together without his knowledge. I am one of those fans. I took the picture and, as it belongs to me, it meets Wikipedia guidelines about usage. All source information was gathered from the web.
