Villamor post-WWII
editIt is said that after WWII the then president of the Philippines asked Jesus to leave the Philippines and reside in the U.S. due to his overwhelming popularity and possible political power. Indeed Jesus Villamor did end up settling in the United States on the East Coast. There is very little information I have read about his children or the years after his departure from the Philippines.
I have met the man a couple times.
It also may be noted that at least three of his grand nephews ended up joining the U.S. Air Force in the mid to late 80's. None of them were pilots.
I would welcome anymore information about Jesus Villamor's history and post WWII events surrounding his life.
Great grand neices and nephews
editHe is survived by his great grand nieces Alexis, Monique, Maia Villamor,Ava Nierva, and Kelsy Ann Ballecer and nephews Jean-luc Villamor, Chadwick Nierva , Austin, and Ethan Ballecer.

Was Villamor really an ace?
editWhen I tried F3ing this article, what I was able to discern was that he had four confirmed kills and one unconfirm, so does that really make him an ace then? Yourlocallordandsavior (talk) 05:34, 18 February 2022 (UTC)
